Inbound Customer Service (Spanish) (Montréal)

Its outsourcing solutions include customer service, sales, surveys, technical support, telemarketing, along with web marketing and development. Fusion BPO Services is a growing company with over 10 years’ experience in the field and has nine call centers operating worldwide.
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking representatives to answer calls on behalf of an energy company based in the U.S. The position entails being fully bilingual in both Spanish and English. You must have a strong command of both languages both orally and written.

We are looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable – as you will be answering calls, absenteeism is not tolerable.
- A strong command of the English language, both orally and written.
- Working knowledge of the Spanish language.
- Knowledge of basic computer tools.
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Punctual with an excellent sense of responsibility.
- A wage of 11.00$/per hour
