Lead Qualification Job Description
Reports directly to: Sales Executive Account
Location: Ramat Gan, Israel
The Lead Qualification is responsible for qualifying leads generated from direct and indirect marketing campaigns.
The Lead Qualification Specialist will follow up on web inquiries, pre-qualify leads, and develop to the point of handoff for Sales. This role involves heavy call volume and email follow-up. This will be accomplished by listening to the needs of the prospect and professionally articulating GreenSQl's value proposition during the qualification process.
Consistently achieving demo quota
Manage all facets of the lead qualification process to help generate new opportunities
Use SalesForce to manage all leads, update daily
Team with Marketing to build and execute programs and follow up on all lead generation events
Maintain a daily call volume of Protected content
Make doing business with GreenSQL easy and pleasant
English – Mother tongue.
Willingness to work in non-standard hours to support multiple time zones
Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in business, marketing or communications preferred
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to actively listen and determine customer’s needs
Must understand how to deliver a compelling message to a business executive and leverage interest they create into an opportunity
Ability to understand technology and communicate its business value to prospects
Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to be successful.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
Prominent organization and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM products such as Salesforce.com is a plus; willingness to learn is required
Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Working experience in a SAAS company or online sales company before is an advantage
