As a Technical Support Engineer based in Sarona market, TLV you will be an integral member of an international team, responsible for providing prompt phone-based customer service for our users and technical support for more complex issues.

What you bring:
English, German or at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) as native tongue as native tongue. Excellent written and spoken communication skills with English at mother tongue level. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Ability to assist customers with product usage; Patience and a strong customer service attitude. Willingness to work in a shift-based work schedule. Energetic, quick learner, highly motivated, and detail oriented. Experience in technical support (tier Protected content . Valid Israeli work permit.
