Job Description – Junior Project Manager
As junior project manager you are to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met with most efficient resources and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Over and above you will run the day to day business affairs of the South African office
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Mainly drafting of reports such as market analyses, business plans, feasibility studies and risk assessments;
Engaging with lawyers, architects, engineers and contractors/builders;
Managing day to day affairs of the office such as document management, attending to leads and client requests;
Support in PR and marketing initiatives such as drafting and issuance of press releases and newsletters.
Maintaining CMS of company website (wordpress) Protected content
Requirements and skills:
You will need a degree, preferably in business. You need to be fluent in English, basic understanding of German language is an added bonus as well as French. You need to be flexible and intrinsically motivated and extremely dedicated towards management.
