Skills and experience requirements:
• German language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
• English language skills – communicative Protected content
• Basic IT skills
• Experience working with customers, dealing sympathetically with their problems under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to explain solutions in an effective and customer focused manner
• Proactive, organized and able to priorities tasks

Responsibilities:
• Answering customers’ IT related queries in a professional manner
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
• Respond to calls, e-mails, messages from customers seeking help
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem
• Walk customer through problem-solving process
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues
• Resolve technical problems
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage
• Proactive Remedy Queue Management
