Need of Business Development Manager - West Africa (Lagos)

Experienced Account Managers or Business Development Manager with a minimum experience of 5 to 8 years with a professional BTL Advertising/Branding firm. This position is only for Nigerian or ECOWAS nationals residing in Lagos, preferably within 20km proximity to Surulere.

Desired Personality:
•Target fixation: He/She should be target and deadline driven with best in-class self-discipline and priority-focused. As a result, he/she shall have the natural disposition to fixate their team on achieving their revenue goals at the exclusion of all else. They block out distractions and compartmentalize negative news that might sidetrack their team or cause their department to flounder. They keep their team focused and moving forward with a sense of urgency, regardless of the circumstances.
•Command instinct: He/She as a successful BDM shall establish firm command over their team by exercising the power their title and position entail. For example, they hold their team to a higher level of accountability.
•Sales intuition: BDM being a mentorship-based role, and a key differentiator of great sales leaders is their ability to dispense tactical sales advice and add value during customer meetings.
•Control orientation: BDM at Realtime, shall closely monitor and strictly enforce a sales process; are more likely to exceed their quotas, and shall seek to control the daily behavior of their sales teams; ensures sales process is closely monitored, and strictly enforced.

Requirements:
-Qualified with Print or Media related back ground, good with clients and understanding their needs and requirements.
-Should be comfortable and familiar with working with creative, operations and production, together with good knowledge of commercial detail internally and externally.
-Project management experience with multiple major accounts from creative briefing & concept through to successful execution and client acceptance.
-Hands on experiences to below the line projects, be it POS activities, events and exhibitions, brand activations and road shows, design, fabrication and implementation services.
-Ideal candidate we seek to recruit would preferably be a pleasant Male or Female with good communication skills and a flair for Client Servicing. Having own transportation and accommodation arrangements would be suggested.
-Fluency in English, Business Correspondence, MS Office are a must. Additional Language skills would be an added advantage.
-Other job responsibilities include: Logistics Coordination; Team Management; be of personal assistance to the Center Head & Directors;
