Essential Functions, Skills and Qualifications :
- Provide language and business support services
- Translations into Russian/Spanish/English
- Monitor website and CRM customer data
- Some experience/understanding of accountancy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Proper phone etiquette
- Organized and disciplined personality
- Proactive can-do attitude, take initiative, willing to learn new skills and develop
