I am looking for people with fluency in Danish / Swedish or Dutch for a Customer Service Agent role for Colt Technology in Barcelona.
Performing the role you will be responsible for: - Management of internal mailbox and ticket queues - Log and resolve all kinds of non-technical issues (Billing, Disputes, Customer Data & Planned Works) - Effective internal and external communication for Planned Work (Maintenance) enquiries - Provide support for online tools including resolving access issues, troubleshooting and general guidance - Proactive customer communication to inform about status of enquiry
