T H E R O L E
You’ll have customer service experience be that on the phone or face to face
with the public. You’ll have a clear understanding of what constitutes great
customer service and be able to deliver this effortlessly. And, of course, you’ll
have excellent communication skills in French (native) and English – written and verbal.
Furthermore, you’ll be reliable, punctual and flexible, appreciating that getting
the job done well and to the high standards demanded, will mean being
prepared to ‘go the extra mile’. To be a leading customer service advisor you’ll
need to be able to work well as part of a team helping and supporting your
colleagues as needed.
