Travel software start-up with offices in central Barcelona seeks Customer onboarding project manager to join our international team on a full-time basis.
You will ensure that new customers setup their accounts correctly and become fully operational with all major functionality in our system. You’ll manage onboarding:
· Protected content checklist: our tasks, customer tasks and partner tasks; and including timelines and delivery dates; responsible for delivering on time
· Protected content custom website and website copy designs tasks to our in-house Website graphic design manager
· Protected content Photoshop website design integration tasks to our in-house Front-end CSS developers
· Protected content training tasks to our in-house custom support team
Also, you’ll participate in maintaining and evolving our video-based onboarding “getting started” and customer support center. You will make product enhancement suggestions to the company’s software development team.
Desired Skills & Experience
Candidate should be familiar with online software and have general knowledge of web technologies. Experience working in a holiday rental agency or portal would be a big plus. Good communication skills and fluent English are important; additional languages a plus.
