Vacancy for a full time EADS Global Service Desk Manager (ISC Protected content


There is an opportunity for a new EADS Global Service Desk Manager. The role is based in Barcelona, and will be accountable for the following areas for EADS:

Global service delivery and SLA achievement across all desks
Service Desk Operational P&Ls
Transition Support
Qualification and quantification of the operational and commercial impact of changes
The running, development and improvement of the operational model
Reporting on Operational and Commercial performance to EADS Service Management and other Internal Stakeholders


To apply, candidates must be able to demonstrate skills and experience in line with the following:
· Protected content fluent in spoken and written English. Fluent French, German or Spanish is a strong advantage

· Protected content track record of experience of working in a challenging commercial environment

· Protected content of managing P&L/budgets

· Protected content of functional area’s lifecycles, methodologies, tools and techniques

· Protected content with and influencing multi tier management

· Protected content at a strategic level to enable the business to perform effectively

· Protected content Quality and Productivity improvement in a Service Desk environment

· Protected content Organisational and Operational Change
