We are recruiting an HR ADMINISTRATOR (Barcelona)

International position : HR ADMINISTRATOR for Figueres


- Affinity with the transport sector and its activities.

- Helping to organize HR and pay roll for the 60 employees in Spain

- Knowledge of the Spanish laws applicable for the transport/logistic sector and Spanish labor law

- Preparation of the pay roll, handling the hourly performances

- Replace the site manager when absent in daily operations

- Being the contact point for the Spanish lorry drivers facing operational problems, coordinate with the fleet department the necessary actions


- English written and spoken very good

- Spanish written and spoken very good

- Preferable also speaking Catalan and Dutch ( HQ in Holand)


- Ability to work well together with the site manager or to replace him during his absence

- Good computer skills

- Good communication and administrative skills

- Positive attitude
